Jane - I just had to post - I agree so much that you were probably putting yourself in a calorie deficit that just set you up for a splurge. That's exactly where I was. I've been eating most but generally not quite all of my APs and I am doing SO MUCH BETTER. So the deficit plus being stressed and tired is probably what set you off. And like Amy says, you have a whole week to work with it.
Amy - Oh. My. Gosh. I can't even imagine the victory you must be feeling to have lost more than 70 pounds. I can't believe it!! I've never lost more than 21-24 in my life and I consider myself such a "pro" (I am bowing here - can you see me?)
