Weight Watchers 11/8 Wednesday

Jane - I just had to post - I agree so much that you were probably putting yourself in a calorie deficit that just set you up for a splurge. That's exactly where I was. I've been eating most but generally not quite all of my APs and I am doing SO MUCH BETTER. So the deficit plus being stressed and tired is probably what set you off. And like Amy says, you have a whole week to work with it.

Amy - Oh. My. Gosh. I can't even imagine the victory you must be feeling to have lost more than 70 pounds. I can't believe it!! I've never lost more than 21-24 in my life and I consider myself such a "pro" (I am bowing here - can you see me?) :)

Congratulations on those Medium pants!! You deserved the grill and the magazines. Yes, Happy Dance. I'm doing it for ya, too. So how many calories will that burn???? :) :7 :p

Thanks, guys!!!! I know I couldn't have done it without all your support. After playing up and down for 6 months, not really getting anywhere, and crying on your shoulders, it's such a great feeling to be able to let you all know that your support has been INVALUABLE. I know that his isn't a sprint, but a marathon and a long one at that! It's also great to have people who are in your same boat to toss ideas around with, commiserate with, to happy dance with, and to cry with!!!
