weight loss rotations

Can anyone recommend a weight loss rotation. I Have most of Cathe's DVDS. The gym styles, cross train xpress, KPC/L&G, Kick Max, Rythmic Step, IMax, MIC, cardio kicks & circuit max, HSTC, HSTA, hardcore extreme, terminator, drill max, power hour, MIs , Body max, PUB/PLB, . I also love to swim and run. I try to do cardio each day, and then alternate legs, one day and upper body one day, for one time and then do a circuit workout. I am pairing this with weight watchers. I just want to do the most effiecent schedule to lose weight. Thanks for any help.

Cathe has posted a number of weight loss rotations in the past few years. Go to this posting and scroll down to the last post as that has the most recent listing of Cathe's rotations:

Some of the weightloss rotations are for: July 03, Jan 04, Aug 04, Jan 05, Nov 05, Dec 06, Jan 07. The intermediate rotation is Mar 07. Don't worry about not having all the listed workouts. Go to the Ultimate Guide to Cathe's workouts posted at the top of this forum (or use the catalog) and you can substitute similar workouts for the ones you don't have.

Remember that the most important criteria for weight loss is your diet. So try to eat "clean" which is essentially saying eat a whole foods diet as much as possible.
