weight loss rotations

Can anyone recommend a weight loss rotation. I Have most of Cathe's DVDS. The gym styles, cross train xpress, KPC/L&G, Kick Max, Rythmic Step, IMax, MIC, cardio kicks & circuit max, HSTC, HSTA, hardcore extreme, terminator, drill max, power hour, MIs , Body max, PUB/PLB, . I also love to swim and run. I try to do cardio each day, and then alternate legs, one day and upper body one day, for one time and then do a circuit workout. I am pairing this with weight watchers. I just want to do the most effiecent schedule to lose weight. Thanks for any help.

I don't have any ideas but I can tell you I just posted a very similar request myself. Hope we can get some help on this.
