No weight loss for me this week, but I have MAINTAINED x( .....thanks to TTOTM :(

Feeling positive for a lb to disappear at the end of this week :)

Hi Anna,

Well, after all the weeks of maintaining my dumb a** decides to gain a pound!x( I wasn't surprised though, my eating was so relaxed last week it was pathetic! I was so busy with different things that every time hubby said, "wanna grab something from ...?" I said, "sure!" and was happy not to cook that evening! Bad move, I'm just glad I was working out as scheduled or the damage could have been worse!
But I'm back in reality and am majorly focused for this week!

Great job on maintaining Anna! :)

Don't feel bad Donna, I am up too and am not sure why. I had gotten down to 179.5 and was soooo happy then must have blown it because I was up to 182.5 today. At least the vanilla wafers are gone now so hopefully I won't have a weak moment again and buy something else.

Anna you are doing great with maintaining so keep up the great work.
 
Hi everyone,

I am finally down 3 lbs this week. Not sure how or why but I will take it. This is after 2-3 weeks of no loss or gain.
I am changing my routine around a little this week so I am hoping it helps. I am adding back in PUB and PLB, doing intervals on my treadmill 2-3 times a week and then on Saturday doing Bootcamp.

A big Maintain for me. Better than a gain since I seemed to be retaining extra fluid. Crossing my fingers for this week.

I also maintained this week, but then again I am not really following any plan, I say I am going to but then I let myself slide. Congratulations to everyone who maintained or lost. Till next week...Phyllis
 
Hi everyone!
I have maintained again this week. I'm still in the low end of my plateau, so maybe soon I will lose something more?! We'll see.
