Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, March 1 & 2, 2025

Hey, any of you guys watch Wheel of Fortune last night??? Well, if you did the guy on the show named Ryan S. and no not the host, the contestant, I know him, he goes to my gym!! It was so cool to see someone I know on TV. And he won!! Ok, not the bonus puzzle but still. So cool!

How fun! I haven't seen Wheel of Fortune in YEARS. I used to love that show.
 
I did cardio of choice today, ICE Low Impact Sweat Premix #5. It was harder than I remembered, then I realized I used to do it with one riser, but I used 2 risers today. I was happy about that! February rotation complete!! Yay!! I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Sundays are my total rest day, so you guys have a wonderful weekend!

Today, I did day 2 of my Cathe March 2025 rotation - HC Series Gym Style Chest & Triceps for 48 minutes followed by HC Stretch Max SB for 19 minutes.
Leg is a little sore, so I hope it holds up tomorrow for MMA Fusion!

Sorry, No workout today, just to tired today. I had only 4 or 5 hours sleep. I thought
I could force myself to power through and workout, but could not do it.

Great job on today's workouts that were done today. Nicki take it easy tomorrow on your injury. Hellos's and wavers to Linda, Siobhan, Deanna, Nicki, and Annette.
