Hey, any of you guys watch Wheel of Fortune last night??? Well, if you did the guy on the show named Ryan S. and no not the host, the contestant, I know him, he goes to my gym!! It was so cool to see someone I know on TV. And he won!! Ok, not the bonus puzzle but still. So cool!

Today, I did day 2 of my Cathe March 2025 rotation - HC Series Gym Style Chest & Triceps for 48 minutes followed by HC Stretch Max SB for 19 minutes.
Leg is a little sore, so I hope it holds up tomorrow for MMA Fusion!

Sorry, No workout today, just to tired today. I had only 4 or 5 hours sleep. I thought
I could force myself to power through and workout, but could not do it.

Great job on today's workouts that were done today. Nicki take it easy tomorrow on your injury. Hellos's and wavers to Linda, Siobhan, Deanna, Nicki, and Annette.

Good afternoon. It's been a while since I did the MMA Fusion so I previewed it last night and decided not to risk it since there is so much intense leg work. Instead, I did LMR Fusion Pilates for 34 minutes and LMR Functional Mobility for 43 minutes. I'm really hoping these two workouts help my leg. Right leg does not have the flexibility it had before the "injury" so I'm trying to ease into it and not overdo. I'll let you know how it feels in the morning!

Nice long workout Nicki with LMR Fusion Pilates -34 minutes & LMR Functional Mobility -43 minutes. Hope your leg will feel ok! I still have to be very careful with one of my knees.
