Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, March 1 & 2, 2025

Good afternoon. It's been a while since I did the MMA Fusion so I previewed it last night and decided not to risk it since there is so much intense leg work. Instead, I did LMR Fusion Pilates for 34 minutes and LMR Functional Mobility for 43 minutes. I'm really hoping these two workouts help my leg. Right leg does not have the flexibility it had before the "injury" so I'm trying to ease into it and not overdo. I'll let you know how it feels in the morning!

Nice long workout Nicki with LMR Fusion Pilates -34 minutes & LMR Functional Mobility -43 minutes. Hope your leg will feel ok! I still have to be very careful with one of my knees.
