Week to Week 9/28/20-10/4/20

Quick Hello!

Today is a stretching day and when I created my schedule I planned for Cathe’s new mobility wo but it hasn’t been released yet. I did KY & the Lite Extended stretch 1 bonus. Love these stretches. Tomorrow I start week 2.

Carol: your day definitely sounds like a workout! I hope your husband heals quickly. My husband also likes grocery shopping.

Geoff: Hope your DVDs came today!

Hi all

Yesterday was a rest day. I did a bunch more cleaning and organizing. It never seems to end!

Today was CL Ramped Up Cardio and Weights and Yoga.

Hey Everyone!

I’m still in my self imposed recuperative plan. Today I did a “Turtle” - Firm Basics Sculpting with Weights. I used my KY as a warm-up and skipped the Firm WU. Great way to pay attention to and work on my misbehaving right hip and shoulder, which pull my form off if I allow them to.

So stressed out today. I didn't sleep well. Got up way to early...ugh! So I did Yin Yoga w/Yoga Upload. It's going to be a stressful week. My pup does in for surgery to fix her torn acl on Weds.
