Ahhh, PlyoX done. Well the 1st 40 minutes that is. Not bad for 5am if I do say so myself.

Off to shower and I hear DS calling for me.

BBL.

Just want to check in and tell everyone that I'm back. We had a blast on our shopping trip, definitely did my share to help the US ecomony. I spent about $600 and the limit is only $400 so had to pay the Canadian government their share as well. Almost have my Christmas shopping done! Got back late Sunday night, yesterday was work and dd's piano lessons. Today I hope to get a workout in and catch up on personals. I saw the STS announcement, it would be great to start the rotation for Jan 1st.

Gotta to go get ready for work! Kim

Good morning,
Today was High Step Challenge timesaver premix 51 minutes. Tonite will be golf and I hope to get in a 15-20 minute walk during my break at work.

Kim, welcome back! Christmas shopping already? I don't even want to think about it. Good for you for thinking ahead. What stores did you like? I think the first of the year will be a great time for starting STS.

Patricia, nice to have that old PlyoX out of the way. Good for you for gettin' 'er done!

BBL,

Hi all!! I did SH bis plus 4DS kickboxing yesterday. I will be doing pilates of some sort today....one of Jennifer Kries' I am sure. I am headed up to campus in a few to take my first physics test. So, wish me luck!

Kim...
So glad you had a good time on your trip! I am proud of you for only spending $600...I am sure I would have gone waaaaaaay overboard! :p Back to the old grind for you, I see, though!

Jeanette....
You do so well getting your workouts in first thing...and then, my little grasshopper, you always seem to have some workout after work too! What a good girl you are! I don't have time now to go back to your lae night post, but just wondered if your German Shorthair is feeling better this morning. Hope she is okay. :(

Patricia...
I always hated Plyo. Seemed like a lot of 'boy' exercises to me! I much prefer doing either Imax 2 or 4DS Bootcamp. Hence the reason I am the laziest Xer! LOLOLOL!!!

Hope everyone has a great day....I may be able to swing back by after I do my physics test, do my psych paper, pick up the Xpat's car from the 'international' airport, pick up the diva from school and help her with her homework, get some laundry done, and workout. Ugh.

Debra,
Lexxie seemed much better this morning. I'm pretty sure it's a pulled muscle or something "out". I'll see how she is. Right now, she's sleeping on our bed so guess she felt well enough to jump up there. Good luck on the test today, you smart woman! Hope the traffic into the "international" airport isn't too heavy today.:p

Hello Ladies!

Thank goodness it's Tuesday! I survived Monday's tests. I don't know what I got for my massage practical test. My tester was a TOUGH evaluator... holding me up to higher standards than what we were taught. Maybe, I was so good that he thought I should know more.;) Whatever, I'll find out the final verdict when I get my grades. In other news, I did get a 100 on my anatomy test.:):):)

I've got to take the girls to art lessons and a Bible Club meeting today. I haven't decided which weight workout I'll do tonight. My arms are sore from massaging. So, I'll do a lower body workout and rotator cuff exercises. I'll be back to post personals while dds do art.

Ballistic Hugs to ALL!!!
Wendy

Morning Coolers,

Today I did a 3m run and the One on One Ab workout that I just received in the mail. And apparently I will be getting a new DVD, because they included two chapter points. Right when I was crunching away the DVD started over again. This workout is Ab Ripper and Ab Ripper X! :p Just saves me the hassle of changing DVD's. :D

Work has been getting in the way lately, but it appears as if it might be getting back to normal around here. :)

Oldest DD was 17th in her cc race on Saturday, with a time of 16:12. She shaved 23 seconds of her time, and her coach said that she is now part of the top runners in the state. ;) Youngest DD really enjoyed her dance class on Saturday too. She was a little lost on some steps, but overall she did great. She came from the dance floor huffing and puffing so it looked like she got in a good workout too! ;)

DH has been dealing with faire issues again, and this was not suppose to happen! We where suppose to have the month of Sept with no drama! Maybe the last week will be drama free!

Patricia, Hey 40 min of that workout is enough! :D WTG! I'm one of those that love the boy exercises! :p

Kim, I heard on the news this morning that some stores already have there Christmas stuff up! Congrats on getting so much of your shopping completed!

Jeanette, Sorry to hear that Lexxie was not feeling her best. It is sometimes hard to tell if there is something wrong with animals.

Debra, LOL about the International Airport! Wish our airport was as busy as yours! :D :D Good luck on that test!

Wendy, I can imagine that giving a massage really works your upper body. Looks like another busy day for you.

Laurie

Just finished Step Jam, as I'm completing the last 2 weeks of the Sept rotation. This must be one of her first workouts, she breaks down and explains even the easiest moves. What is the barking all about in this workout??

Laurie- So I didn't quite get the one on one, is it a repeat of ARX?? Sounds like your girls are doing great with their activities! How did dd's date go with the older boy??

Wendy WTG on the 100%!! I'm sure you did just as well on the practical exam! Are you running or cycling while doing CC??
I read your post about Sandra going to see Eoin, I hope Sandra is doing well. I emailed her a few weeks ago to ask how her elbow was but never got a reply.

Jeanette Aww, poor Lexxie! Hope it just something that passes quickly. Our little old Bandit has just being going slowly downhill all summer. :(
I don't usually Christmas shop so early but I was on a 3 day shopping trip with 55 girls so it was the perfect time to get as much done as a I could. My sister and I shopped together the whole time which was great we picked out stuff for family members together. I got quite a bit at Macy's, IKEA, Disney, Kohl's, Ann Taylor, and many that I don't even remember the names of. Albertville was great for bargains and the Mall of America was great for novelty items. Have you heard from DS and DH yet??

I'm going to do one of your favourites tomorrow, SJP! I really enjoy that one as well, just kind of long! Is it starting to cool down for you? Where are the fires at?

Debra Good luck on the physics test! Did you and dd enjoy your seperate weekends??

Patricia SOunds like you're doing well with the X! You should be well prepared to do STS, are you going to a STS rotation with me after New Year's?? WTG on getting up so early to workout, I need to start doing that again as the evenings get busy again. Happy anniversary! What happened to your bicep/shoulder??

My MIL feel and broke her hip on Friday, she had her surgery yesterday but wasn't up to visitors today. Hopefully we can stop by tomorrow, DH did go by yesterday before her surgery. She's only 62 so young for a hip fracture

Hi all,
Had a good day at work, stayed pretty busy, but not frantic. Got a 20 minute walk in during the afternoon. After that, played 9 holes with a girlfriend and another lady that joined us. We all started out pretty rough, but improved. In fact, I shot a 49 for 9 holes, which is my best score yet. I also landed a very long sloping putt! My short game was good and that's what my last 3 lessons with the pro have been on, so the lessons are helping. Next play night will be on Thursday, unless DH gets home that day. Heard from DH today via a voice mail. Think they are leaving Wyoming tomorrow and will drive it in 1 or 2 days.

Lexxie is just about all better now. Seems like this has happened before where something is either out of place or she's pulled a muscle. She's her old playful self again, thank goodness!

Kim, is Step Jam from The Classics? I have that one, but can't seem to get into it. Poor Bandit. It is so very hard to watch our beloved pets decline. I have an early Christmas shopping trip with a few girlfriends in November. Been doing this the last few years and it's really fun. We hit a Bakery first, then travel to a quaint little town with the cutest gift shops. After that, it's on for lunch and more shopping. I'm going to invite my Mom this year. I think she'd have a good time (if she let herself). The poor woman can't just sit and relax, she's got to be crocheting a pot scrubber or washcloth while visiting. It's like she's got to be productive all the time. This little apple fell a loooong way from that tree! Oooooh, SJP for you? One of my absolute favorites!!! The weather has been delightful lately, though the mornings are down in the high 30's. I know there are some forest fires going on right now, but I'm not sure where. I'll have to look at the daily fire activity report that I receive. That's awful about your MIL falling and breaking her hip. Did they pin it? Hope she feels better tomorrow and wants visitors. My Grandma broke hers, they pinned it, but should have actually replaced it as a about 5 years later, she had it replaced. It made a huge difference in her comfort level once she got it replaced. Huge! I plan on getting a bone density test this year, along with some other blood tests. My Mom and GM both have/had bone loss.

Laurie, awesome job with DD's time!!! One of the top runners in the state, that's quite an accomplishment! Sorry your DH is still dealing with Faire politics and such. Too bad it can't all be fun all the time. Guess that's why he gets the big bucks. Does he get paid for his hard work? What kind of dance does your DD do? Is it River Dancing?

Wendy, great job on the anatomy test score. That's terrible about your evaluator. Probably the best massage he ever got in his life. Why is he judging it anyway? The few massages that I had were always better if I was in a better frame of mind going into it, or kind of relaxed to begin with.

Debra, how was the Physics test? Hope all went well.

Must go,
