Hi Ladies,
Today is another busy day! I have to go to school (details below), teach Phil how to color my hair, and do some cardio. Any suggestions? I'm thinking of a step workout. Paul, my PT, says I can do yoga now.
My class elected --scratch that-- volunteered/forced/threathened me to be the class liason. What does that mean? Well, once a month I meet with the president of the school, two other school administrators, and representatives from the other classes. I deliver any grudges or outrageous desires my classmates may have. Apparently, my fellow classmates have this
crazy notion that I have a BIG MOUTH, and I'm not afraid to tell you what I think! I wonder why?!?!?!
Yesterday my PT was so HAPPY with my progress. He was able to gently stretch my arm further. I asked him if he thinks that I have frozen shoulder. He thinks that I have the beginnings of a partial frozen shoulder. Okay, whatever. If I do have it. It's most likely from overuse. Tracy did warn me from doing pull-ups and chin-ups everytime I walk under the pull-up bar. UGH!!!!
I don't know what to make of PT. I've read conflicting reports about PT working for frozen shoulder. Some say that it will resolve on its own without PT. Some say that PT doesn't make a difference. It only adds more pain during the healing progress. Some say that push and rest worked for them. etc.... I'm going to continue with PT though.
Onto other news.... We massaged for an hour and a half each last night and skipped anatomy. Our teacher had a death in the family and will be out this week. Our substitute teacher didn't want to cover anatomy. So, whoever is teaching Friday night is going to double up on anatomy and skip massage techniques.
My partner is a doll. I'm going to give her my extra copy of PY4H2 dvd. She's a young thing and so sweet. She even got the teacher to teach her how to use her elbow on my back because I like it deep and hard!
This is going to be difficult to reply to yesterday's posts without opening another window. I'll try my best.
Nicole: Hello sweetie. Happy Birthday to you!!!
Tracy: Yes, I will post pictures. I spent a lot of money on color and conditioner. However, the color can be used for up to 3 months after I open a tube. So, touch-ups will not be a problem. And, the conditioner I purchased was expensive. I hope it works as good as everyone claims. If you are serious about coloring your own hair with professional coloring products, check out Killerstrands. She has a consult offer... You pay $25 for the consult. That money goes towards anything you buy. It's basically to make sure if she devotes the time to help you with choosing what to buy, you will buy it from her. I'll find the link for you in a bit.
Kim: What a sweet dh to help motivate you with doing X+ workouts with you!! BTW, I love your new avatar!!!
Debra: I have no fear that my color will turn out orange, blue or red.
Ignorance is bliss!
Really, I had an online hair consult with the seller/owner of Killerstrands before I purchased the hair color.
Patricia: Doesn't the other parents get pissed when sick children show up at preschool? Or are all the children walk around with runny noses like at 99% of preschools. LOL Hope your baby feels better soon!!!!
Okay ladies, did I miss anyone?
Off to play a little.
Kisses
Wendy
