How is everyone? I have a whiny boy who needs his pamper changed so I may have to make this quick.
MY shoulders and legs are sore from yesterday! All I did with my legs was run so Im not sure why they would be sore! Oh...and my bic's are sore to

Cheryl, my plan was to do PH on Sat but we will see what happens. How bout yourself? Good job on the cals yesterday.
Belinda, I don't take rest days that often either. I have lighter days where I just run for 40 mins or so. I just listen to my body and take a rest day when Im tired. Its weird though b/c I have a tendency to eat better when I workout. When I take a rest day its like a big vaca.LOL
Nancy, nice to see you checking in. Glad to hear your having a good time. Sitting on the beach, reading...(thats why I invisioned) seems like a dream right now!
Kim and Mary...didn't see ya yesterday...hope all is well.
Im not sure what I will do with my VHS workouts when I replace them with dvds...maybe I will take them to my moms house and leave them there? I thought about selling them in a yard sale but I could take them out there so when I visit, the workouts are already there. It will also make it easier for when my sis comes home. So I will start packing up VHS workouts...starting with PH
Although...I have my doubts my dvd will be here in a couple of days so I may be stuck doing VHS for another few days. I have the HC series and the new workouts on DVD...so I want to replace everything else...could get expensive but Ill never notice a little bit at a time. I see used ones on ebay but Im to afraid to buy them cause I figure they are scratched.
Anyway...that was longer then i thought! Im planning on running soon , then DH and I may take a RT after that!
