My name is nita ferguson and I am 47 years old, newly divorced and lost my job 2years ago and have been struggling to make it, however, I am starting a new job next week and am excited. My life has been on a downward spiral and ia now moving upward. I want a new body and was referred to you by my sister who lives in Tulsa, Ok.. She is newly divorced as I am and bought your tape and is really getting in shape. She was giving me some advice on what types of workout I need and I am confused as to what I need to start out with. I need to tone up and lose weight. I heard that weight bearing exercises are good along with pilates and stretches and aerobics. How do I get all of these workouts and get what I need without having to do so many different ones.I would like to get into some weight lifting exercises because I heard that they were a fast way to sculpt and tone plus they build muscles that burn more calories even while you sleep. I also heard that you have to have areobics and stretching. Please help me to get started the right way so I can schedule my routines to work with my new job coming up. Please help me to get on track.
