I see many of you have already had time to play with the new workouts. How are you liking them?

I did Kickbox and Legs yesterday and boy and I feeling it today. I was sweating like crazy. I just wanted to let you know you are the best. Thank you for always putting out great workouts. Have a great weekend.

I just love the new DVDs. There was a little mix up with UPS for a day (nothing to do with your shipping;) and my DH told the UPS guy "my wife has been waiting for these for 2 DAYS!" The poor UPS guy mumbled and ran off. Guess I was making my husband crazy waiting for them, lol.

They really are amazing, Cathe. The production is outstanding and the workouts themselves wonderful. I can't wait to do all the weight work next week. I'm still running alot until Nov. (doing another marathon), but plan on incorporating the 4 Day Split cardio after.

Hi Cathe,
I've done both the high impact step and the bootcamp workouts... and really enjoyed them! I liked that the step workout was a little trickier, especially the 3rd combo, and also liked that the blasts were a little more choreographed. Really made the time fly! The bootcamp cardio was very intense, and I did end up fudging the last drill (doing bunny hops instead of the pushups). I also liked the "rounds" of weight work, and how you end it with the band, when your muscles are nice and fried. Also love that little twist at the end of the bicep curls... DOMs today! I just turned 46 a couple weeks ago, and am in the best shape of my adult life!! Thank you so much for creating such wonderful home workouts.

Now I've got to run back to my DD's school, where I'm setting up the "haunted tunnel" for our carnival!

I think I'm the only person in this forum who hasn't ordered the split yet! But today is PAY DAY so, I'm ordering right now!!!!!!!!

I previewed all the workouts when I received them Wednesday and was very excited to start them. This morning I did the cardio portion of Low Intensity Step and tried one of the weight premixes and core work. I love this workout and the choreography was very fun and challenging. Thanks for making such great workouts. I'm 48 years old and in the best shape of my life!!

I love, love, love the new workouts! I did lower impact step yesterday & kickbox this morning! I found every second of both workouts super effective:) I was able to follow the step routine of lower impact pretty well...until the combo at the very end - yikes!:) Cathe, thanks for yet another round of exceptional workouts - I've worked out with your dvd's exculsively for about 3 years now - you keep me motivated...and have helped me maintain a 50 pound weight loss from several years ago - you're the best!!!
 
I can't wait to try them this weekend! I just have one problem, I love having the stickers on my Cathe Calender and now I'll have to handwrite in my workouts :-( . Will SNM make a new sheet of stickers for the 2008 Calenders, or will these be seperate?

THANK YOU so much for these awesome new workouts! I've done all of them already (got them Tuesday and held off my workout till they came, LOL) except for the core segment on Lower Impact Step. I was planning to do that one this morning but I just couldn't concentrate on the core work feeling as sweaty as I was feeling, after the cardio work from LIS (I did the weight work yesterday). I really liked the shoulder work and the calf work. Both muscle groups were burning (and still are!) but in a great way! In fact, I did Boot Camp cardio last night (after doing triceps/biceps and shoulders yesterday morning) and couldn't do all the pushups because my shoulders just couldn't take any more! And I couldn't do all the straddle taps either because my calves were SCREAMING at me.
To anyone else, all this would sound like I'm complaining but I'm NOT!!!! I LOVE THIS FEELING!!! Thank you so much for every effort you and your great staff put into these workouts.

Wow! Cathe, you are such great inspiration! I am your age and LOVE that we are out ther kicking butt and not growing any!:7


I just wonder sometimes how you dream up some of the different excercises! There are so many new ways to challenge us in these new workouts!

Also, I really love the way your form is top notch in KickBox. I LOVE Cardio Kicks but wow, girl! You have come a LONG way! Wouldn't want to meet you in a dark alley at night!!!}(

Way to go Merrily! I'm lovin to keep our 40 something crowd as fit as ever. I actually love keeping every crowd fit as ever. Keep up the great work!
 
Neener, Neener, Neener!!! I'm still holding strong and NOT even viewing the DVDs! LOL

I'm down another 2# this morning, so I'm sticking to my program till Christmas.

I even went downstairs and actually gift-wrapped the DVD case and tucked it away!

I'm telling you, though, it's tough to listen to all the FUN you all are having!!

Great to hear from you amock! Yes, those step workouts are a bit tricky but soooo fun once you learn them. With only 30 minutes to get it all in, I had to get to the point FAST!
 
Something else real quick -
I agree about the positive energy in Kickbox. It is definitely tangible and so contageous!!!! The two step routines are awesome and I love the fact that the moves aren't broken down too much, giving the routines longevity (in my book). And Boot Camp... honestly I was dreading that one but I did it last night and it actually surprised me with how much fun it was!!! Thanks again, Bernadette

Thank you for making it easy to wake up this morning. Whenever you come out with the new workouts, I cannot wait to go to sleep so I can get up and do another great workout. Missed the road trip, but my son and I will be back out there to visit sometime in the near future. My, the last time I visited you, my son was 8. Now he's 17 and 6'4. He loves you too. Always has and always will.
