Hi Cathe,
I did week one legs on Saturday and have a question about the wall squats. Just an aside, my legs were very sore for two full days after doing this workout! Yippee! I knew I was in trouble when they were already getting stiff that evening. Anyway, the wall squats where you go down and pick up the weights, I really had a hard time with this, I couldn't get to the weights without either stooping my shoulders over or bending my knees to an extreme angle which hurt them. Any ideas?
