Wahhhhh! I want my Push Pull/Super Set dvd!

I just have to vent...I know that Cathe and the gang have been swamped with releasing the new dvds/videos but I'm really tired of waiting!! I pre-ordered my dvd set back in May or June (whenever it was announced) and just got my dvds in mid December - with the duplicate Timesaver dvd in the Superset/PushPull box. I immediately let them know and was promised the replacement....it never came and I emailed them again a week ago today and it has yet appeared! I will e-mail again today if I don't see them by the end of the work day (I have them shipped to me at work) but I gotta tell you, I'm pretty frustrated! Anyone else feeling my pain?

I keep hoping I can start the rotation Cathe posted for the new series tomorrow but it keeps not happening because I'm missing that dvd!

Sorry, Kelli. I can't feel your pain, but I can surely understand why you are so frustrated. Personally, I think you've been very patient. I don't think I would have been near as patient as you. I sure hope your get your DVD soon.

Boy, do I feel your pain, if you followed my thread when my DVD's were confiscated you will realise by now why SNM have left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I won't buy any cathe's again, as to date my BB DVD'sa cost me $398.......long story, hope you get sorted out and get prepared for the shirty customer service replies!!!!!

I didn't get the one's from saudi customs, I paid for another set to to my mum in the uk, I have 2, KPC and step blast as mum has been sending them on for me thru the normal mail. But as I said, it has left a bad taste and cleaned out my wallet, and I won't buy any more future releases. I do hope you get sorted soon.

That sux. How awful. And so much $$$! I hope you enjoy them. I actually did receive my final dvd in the mail today - yay! So I'll start the rotation with the new dvd's this week. tomorrow's my day off, so Friday I'll begin!
