I take a calcium supplement, Omega 3s & biotin. The first to prevent bone loss, the second to increase hair & nail growth.
On the advice of another forum member I recently started taking branch chain amino acids & L-carnitenes to promote muscle growth & repair, it seems to have made a difference in strength building, but I've tweaked my routine a little too, so maybe a combination of the two.
Dr. Oz was on Oprah the other day and he said he takes a multivitamin, calcium, vitamin D and fish oil .
I am looking for a multivitamin right now but don't know what I should be looking at/ for with them??
Any suggestions ??
