Video suggestions, please :)

Hi, all! I'm new to the forum, and wanted to see if I could get some suggestions for some tapes. I have the Wedding Tape (which I love), and Mega Step Blast and Step Heat on the way. After those I plan on purchasing Cardio Kicks and Interval Max, but what I'm wanting to know is what sculpting tapes would you recommend? I like the toning portion of the Wedding tape and am looking for something similar - Cathe uses light weights, but my muscles are so fatigued by the end and so sore the next day! TIA!

Circuit Max is fun and uses light weights. Other than that, if you want to build muscle, all of Cathe's other strength training tapes are good. Get them all.

Hey Kristina, Welcome aboard! I love the wedding video too (there's a entire post on it), I just did Max Int. Strength on Sat, it's about an hour and uses lighter weights as compared to slow and heavy but its awesome, my quads are still hurtin'! Also, Power Hour is lighter weights with longer reps too. And ya know what?? I bought Step in Motion I a couple months ago, I needed it to complete my set and did it for the second time yesterday, and although I didnt really like it the first time, I really enjoyed it this time. Its a tad dated, there's much more hootin and whoopin, and Cathe looks really different, BUT if you can get past that, it was kinda fun! The choreography is easy, not too much high impact, which is GREAT for those of us with bad knees and there is a short toning section at the end with upper body and abs. The music is decent too. Just my 2 bits. Judy

Hi Kristina!
Cathe has clips of her videos. They're really helpful when you need to make a choice. Or you could just buy them all!
Terry (never met a Cathe I didn't like)

Thanks so much everybody for the suggestions - I have all of them written down and I've already purchased MIS; next purchase will probably be Power Hour. I plan on having them all one day, hopefully pretty soon!

Don't worry Kristina, cathe's tapes are addicting, so you'll have 'em all pretty soon :) MIS and Power Hour are great to start with. For variety, you may want to try her split routines: Pure Strength or Slow & Heavy. For even MORE variety, you'll have to get the CTX series, where you do hi-intensity cardio circuits alternating with short intense light weight/hi rep strength circuits. Tough and fun. Great endurance-building, both cv and muscular, especially Leaner Legs (that was me who posted "Leaner Legs revisited" oooohhh hurts so good!!! :)

Welcome to the wonderfuly torturous world of Cathe!!
