We started making indoor cycle videos several years ago because many of you had asked for advanced workouts without any high impact moves. Not only are indoor cycle workouts "low impact" they're "zero impact"!!!

Cycle Sweat– We’re back on the bikes and ready for action! Indoor cycling is a great cardio addition for anyone that is looking for maximum intensity with no impact. Cycle Sweat delivers just that and then some. This workout is jam packed with jumps, climbs and tabatas to keep that sweat pouring! Strap or snap into those pedals! It’s gonna be a bumpy ride!

*You can pre-order Strong and Sweaty and Cycle Sweat or learn more at: http://bit.ly/2b6wLrn Act Now! Current Pre-Sale Prices End Nov 30th

I have NEVER once in my life EVER had ANY interest in doing a cycle workout.

Until today. :D

Now, I don't want to do anything BUT this workout. :p ;)

(Of course, I preordered the bundle WITHOUT Cycle Sweat. LOL)

ETA: @forum_admin : What company makes the bikes used in this workout?

OR, fellow members, do any of you happen to know? :) Or has admin or Cathe ever mentioned it elsewhere before? (I did a search but didn't come across that info. . .)

The bikes we used in the video are called V-Bikes, but they are commercial bikes and are no longer made. I'm sure a lot of others on the forum here can chime in with suggestions for cycle bikes designed for the home exerciser.
