Looks like a lot of fun except for the 1 arm burpee, don't know if I'll be doing that any time soon. Cannot wait for these!! Thanks so much.
 
Agreed! One arm burpees are hard for me due to left shoulder issues..May modify and just do normal burpee. ;)
 
I can manage a few but will then have to do regular ones, but it's something to work towards. The only moves I've seen on these clips that I cannot do is power turning squats on the step and straddle taps on the step. I have to do them on the floor instead. My feet just don't move right for them. But everything else I've seen looks very doable. Cannot wait to get these!!
