You may have noticed our newsletter this week contained an article about vertical loading. This is a circuit style total body weight lifting workout that works in a vertical fashion. We have already done quite a few live workouts that touch upon this concept but since we just specifically wrote about it I thought I would create another one to help you see the concept better.
