Working in rounds, each round opens with a step cardio blast and then goes into a series of upper and lower metabolic exercises (all utilizing the step) before starting the next round. Wanted to say that this workout isn’t like Cathe’s Cardio and Weights. There is no step routine and then weights. This one is way different. There are step blasts, but no step routine.
