Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, Jan 21st, 2021 at 9:30 am EST we’ll be doing “Opposites Attract” LIVE! This intense total body workout will focus on supersetting opposing muscle groups from start to finish (well except for shoulders and abs, wink)!
Equipment Needed:
A set of 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15-pound hand weights (or heavier if desired for squats and deadlifts)
A stability ball
A medium tension resistance tube
A fitness mat
Optional...two little weight plates to slightly elevate your toes and heels for a set of squats and deadlifts

fav's are in this one.....core ball exchanges, stir the pot (or stir the fudge in another workout :), elevated squats
