This workout moves fast for the ultimate body fat burn & muscle gain. Cathe out did herself combining 3 to 4 individual exercise moves for 1 effective compound movement. Upper body & lower body moved simultaneously sometimes with weights others without. Cardio blasts left me breathless yet energized. Loved the intensity of it all!
