EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
A set of dumbbells (we'll be using 10's but you can use slightly lighter or heavier if you prefer)
A barbell with 20 lbs (two 10 lb plates per side) loaded on each side... with the barbell this weighs about 45 pounds. Later in the routine we will drop down to a 25 pound barbell total.
A paper plate or gliding disc
A Firewalker band
A fitness mat
