Equipment Needed:

A fitness loop

Two gliding devices

A range of dumbbells from about 5 to 15 pounds. Those of you who have 20’s available at home might want to have them near you as well.

A full sized step (with three risers on each side). There will be no step choreography. The step will just used as a weight bench.
