LOVED this workout so much - it definitely should be called "dirty thirty" & yes, Cathe did have her wheaties! My new favorite upper body w/o-loved that nothing was repeated & every single exercise burned...right from the start! Can't wait to do it again!
 
This one is a stinger when you add the resistance tubing or not o_O!
The warm up was short and sweet - I especially liked "pump pump & open" followed by the pump 3x which led right into the figure 8 circle movement.
Favorites: 1 arm overhead w/slight bend of the knees
Front raise - something about that 1/2 way up HOLD...... slow slow slow
1 arm rows - did you feel those Oo - bliques kicking in?!:cool:
Single arm back flys & into a 1 arm row - that's a star exercise which adds a shine to those shoulders!
The music complimented the warm up & each exercise perfectly. And that's what this workout was PERFECT!
