VHS sale order question

Hi Cathe or SNM,
I just placed an order and gave my work address as my shipping address. I clicked the No button for "is the shipping address the same as the billing address" and it said it would ask for my billing address but it never did. The email I received said my billing and shipping address were the same. How do I get in touch with customer service to rectify.

Hey Cathe, I had the same problem. I called customer service and they advised I send an email to [email protected]
I still haven't heard back.

You need to always email us, not call. Our order center can only either take orders or forward messages. Emailing us is many times faster than calling the 800#.
