No, I don't make them. I buy the "Food For Life" Ezekial 4:9 sprouted grain tortillas.
There's a new site with just recipes on it that might give you some ideas. It's brand new, so I haven't really had much of a chance to preview it yet.....sparkrecipes.com
I am an asparagus fan also. We either steam or grill and the add fresh diced tomoatos ontop and then add you fav dsg - plain ol' balsamic, or add a little flaxseed oil or your fav light salad dsg.
Then my fav for green beans is steamed with mushrooms, onions and garlic. I add almonds sometimes like Endorphin Junkie does too.
Another of my quick favs is steamed broccoli and cauliflower - then top with a little light cheese blend and add a little granulated garilc, garlic salt or your fav spice blend.
Since I read Fat Flush, I also like the flaxseed oil with apple cider vinegar mixture for a salad dressing. (I add a 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic for a kick). This is great on coleslaw - let is site for a little while so the cider vinegar "soaks" in.
