Hi Cathe,
I would like to develop a V-Taper like you have. I have more of a straight shape and want to create an illusion of an hour glass. Which of your work-outs do you suggest for that. Currently, I am doing S&H twice for legs and once for the other body parts and an additional workout for shoulders and back from the CTX series (per week). On the squats I am up to 85lbs. (I used my weight bench to get it on my back). Should I continue going heavier?? I figured if I build up my shoulders, back, and legs I would achieve the look I want. I love working out with your tapes. I also have MIS which I just finished a 4 week rotation. Any suggestions?? Also. I don't know if you need to know this, but I am 5 5", 35 yrs, and approx. 124lbs. My measurements are 35,29,34.
Also can you recommend any of your strength tapes for on older (69 yrs) beginner (my mom). She did a little of S&H with me and she enjoyed it. Of course she only used 2lb weights.
Thank You,
Dina
