Cathe/SNM,
I am dying for an update on the workout manager software that you guys have been working on. A while ago, you said that you would be posting information about it "soon" and it's been a while. I have been anxiously checking the blog and ask Cathe forum everyday hoping to hear something. I asked for either a zune, apple TV or ipod for christmas in anticipation that your software might be out. I found out that blending 40 minutes of cardio with 30 minutes of weights works best for me. I'm like obsessed. I own all of your workouts to date and I have a whole big notebook of explanations of each workout and the time breakdown and I have spent hours going through and blending my own workouts. My husband says that lately I have spent more time going through my "Cathe" notebook blending exercises than I have exercising-LOL For the workouts that don't have the time breakdown on your website, I have gone through individually and wrote down the time breakdown (ie. time spent on each muscle group).
So can you please give us the latest? Atleast when it does come out, I'll already know which workouts I want to blend with what.
