Two different rotations for January

Hi, only one thing abs routine is not include, should use sts abs or ?

A lot of the workouts have abs included at the end: i.e. KPC, CCC includes core throughout, STS Total Body, BM2, etc. It looks like that was taken into consideration when she created the workout.

Substitutions for newest series?

Hi - I am doing the calendar rotation and see at the end of the month several of the new workouts, which I don't have yet, unfortunately! I'm wondering at a good substitution DVD for those - I have all Cathe's other workouts.

The workouts listed are: Pedal Power (I don't have/use a bike)
Great Glutes - Maybe Leaner Legs or STS Legs?
Rockout Knockout
Flex Train
X10

Any suggestions for these would be awesome -

I don't have a bike either, so I just usually do step. For great glutes, maybe try XTRAIN legs. For rockout knockout, I would sub Hard strikes no conditioning timesaver, KPC, or maybe STS boxing with heavy bag add on if you wanted. For flex train, XTRAIN supercuts is a great sub. X10, try Crossfire or To The Max. I hope this helps.

Thank you so much for giving me such great options in place of the new workouts! Now I'm excited about the start of next week instead of dreading it since I didn't have X10/FlexTrain/Great Glutes, etc. I LOVE both Crossfire and To The Max and will be happy to do one of those. And Leaner Legs is always a fun one to get back out, as well as any Kickboxing workout with Cathe! Thanks again for your help & I love your Avatar, beautiful dog. :D

She's an australian sheperd. I have 3 of them. Hope you enjoy your "updated" rotation. I don't have leaner legs, one of the few Cathe workouts I don't have.
