Turkey day workout

i have a circuit down but want to see how my buns feel(did kettlebells today and barre last night so i am a little sore).

thinking if i am still sore maybe body fusion or high step circuit if i feel i can go on i might pull out sharon twombly's all body attack. i have had this workout since mother's day and STILL haven't tried it yet.

Definitely doing Insanity Maximum Cardio in the morning!! I may tack on some other stuff, depending on how I feel and how much time I have......

I'm doing a rotation of Barry's Bootcamp 5 Day Academy so tomorrow is cardio, shoulders & back. Probably not enough calorie burn for the calories I'll be consuming so I may add in some extra cardio;)

okay i am sending the official memo that calories don't count on thanksgiving and christmas days LOL. its the one time of year i make sweet potato pie and all the work i put into it i simply cannot deny myself a second slice(a sliver slice not a huge hunk but still seconds).

i don't pat myself on the back often but my sweet potato pie is one of them.

Tomorrow I have back and triceps, today I did Imax, yesterday I did plyo legs my legs are so sore, and I've been cleaning and cooking all day, I'm so tired, I just hope that tomorrow I can get up early, I really want to workout.

Home made (I think) or original Imax

Home made consists of 5 min. warm up then jog intervals, rope intervals, and fast foot work and a 5 min. cool down, approximately 60 min. in THR.:D
 
I'll be doing a repeat from Meso 3 Legs, timed for just before the Thanksgiving meal. I like to think that heavy strength training of large muscles helps me put the extra lean turkey to good use! Whether true or not, it makes me feel better about having seconds :) And on Friday I'll do Insanity :)

I did Insanity CP&R y'day and have Pure Cardio on tap for tmrw so I think the extra calories will get zapped pretty nicely. ;)
 
didn't get a video as i am recording the macy's parade so i did a kettlebell circuit with a heavy bell. spent in 30 min!!!

IMAX 2 already finished. Actually thinking baout hitting the elliptical later tonight after everyone leaves to help ease the pain ;)

Woah now there is a workout session!! I'm tired just reading that ;)

I went old school today and did MIC and abs from KPC + the extra stretching. Doing MIC was a toughie after having done STS legs yesterday. I had to pause a few times!:eek:
