I did my weight workout and then took a break for about an hour and a half and then went back to the gym for HIIT sprints on the treadmill.

Time was a little tight for me, so I went with Jillian Michael's "No More Trouble Zones", for the first time, and Tae-bo Get Ripped 8 Minute workout.
 
i plan on doing insanity upper sun. i am sooo excited,not being able to exercise for 10 days. i am going to add in pullups since there is not much back work in it.

Mountainbiking for 2 hours 35 minutes at 9:00 a.m., it was warm for late November too, 29 topping out at 31 degrees!
 
Imax 2 in the a.m and Imax 3 in p.m. Didnt really eat that badly but had some really high calorie cake and that's why I did Imax 3 in the p.m. HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE !!!
 
Since yesterday I did IMAX 2 AND IMAX 3 AND TODAY I'M SCHEDULED FOR DISC 27 ON MESO 3 I DON'T THINK I CAN DO AEROBICS TOO. NOT SURE IF I SHOULD FORCE MYSELF TO DO SOME MORE AEROBICS OR IF WHAT I DID YESTERDAY AND DOING WEIGHTS TODAY IS ENOUGH. ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS, LORI
 
Great post!!

Yesterday, I participated in the 5-mile "Turkey Trot." I walked it with a couple of friends and had a lovely time! I'm not sure if the 700+ calories I burned on my walk compensated for the not-going-to-count horrendous number of calories that I at during Thanksgiving dinner yesterday (and another plate today). This weekend I'll definitely be hitting it hard in the gym - LOL!
