Cathe,
You mentioned on the "lets chat" string that you like 99% Turkey Chili in a crockpot. I was wondering if this is a homeade recipe or something that you buy in a store. If its a recipe, can you pass it along?
Sorry I couldn't make the "let's chat" session as I worked all day, but tomorrow I will be working out with you and the crew and MIC
Thanks
Eva :)

:) Not Cathe but I use ground turkey, can of MANWICH, some dark red kidney beans, chile powder and some already cooked whole-grain pasta.

It's a Turkey Sloppy Joe, Chile, Turkey Burger Helper - all in one and quick. (5 minutes stove top)

Have you ever tried the boca crumbles. I make chili with it all the time. High in protein, low in fat. It is tasty. I like soy burgers too.

Deb:)

Shape Magazine several issues back had a great Southwest Turkey chili that is super easy and quick to make. You can probaley find the recipe on thier website.

Ingredients are: Turkey, crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, carrots, red pepper, scallions, chili powder, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook up on the stove top one pot.

It also freezes well. Very yummy.
