TTC/ Moms to be Check in Jan 13

I believe Garmin is this contraption (watch) like thing that you wear whilte running that tells you how fast you are going (pacing for races) and how far you've gone (milege). It might do other things too. I have a strollometer that attatches to my jogging stroller that tells me speed, distance, temps, and a couple other things. LOVE IT! The Garmin is much more advance, what a great gift!

Our "date" was a Christmas party for the local drug store. It was really nice of them to include DH & I. I've been working there quite a bit this month & will next month too. I don't know if you gals remember, I took vacation time from the pharmacy 65 miles away & am working in town during my vacation days. I guess you could say I"m "double dipping". The two mortgages are starting to catch up to me a bit. I"m praying for a spring sale!!!!!!!

I'm doing Imax 3 today. Anyone with me?

hope you enjoyed imax 3, melanie. i have that on tap for monday or tuesday. today was a loonnnggg run and gym style bsb. i did 2/3 outside and finished on my treadmill.

lisa, melanie had the description right on the garmin. it is a cool thing, not that i know how to use it yet:)

melanie, when is your "vacaation" done? any chance they will have something permanent? it would be so nice for you to be off the roads, especially in the winter.
 
Morris, the $ and the benefits are unbeatable. I will continue to stay at the pharmacy through a pg or until we decide we're done having kids. My Dec bonus will be over 15K, I just can't pass that uup right now with 2 mortgages. ;) In the meantime I will moonlight as much as I can in town. :D :D

Hi ladies! Just poppin' in to say hi.

Morris, the microscope stories are pretty funny now that I look back. I actually asked DH to "hold that thought" so I could go check my CM under the microscope. Can't you picture my dark, shadowy figure moving about my lab? :) He must REALLY love me.

Kristan, are you staying warm? It was 5 dgrees when I went to Mass this a.m.? Have a I mentioned I am a cold wimp?

Lisa, isn't ballet fun? I am so happy my DD enjoys it. I do need to perfect the ballet bun though. Any bun tips? :)
