TRX Suspension Training--any input?

I'm seeing trainers use this with clients at the gym, & it looks fun, super tough & very effective. The equipment is relatively simple & kind of expensive, but considering how much you can do with it probably worth the price.

I am definitely gonna get it. Perfect for home exercisers. Doesn't take up much room, can be used almost anywhere, & very versatile. But I'd be interested in thoughts from anyone who's actually used it.

All I can add is that at my gym, the trainer who does the TRX training is busy morning, noon and night 7 days a week. While I'm on the treadmill, I watch her and her students. It looks great. I'm tempted to try one session with her to see what it's like.....

Suspension training is fantastic, I use the Jungle Gym XT by Lifeline USA, it is almost half the price and is actually rated better than the TRX. It is more versatile, love Lifeline products.

I am going to an all-day TRX training in a couple weeks, then I will be able to teach classes with TRX. I LOVE it. Very functional, lots of core recruitment... FUN FUN!

I made my own and saved a bunch of money. It gets used a lot, and holds a friend of mine who is over 300#. Seriously, MAKE IT!
