When doing tricep extensions over/behind the head, is it better to hold onto both ends of the dumbbell (horizontal position) or grip one end of the dumbbell (vertical position)? I was doing GS:C&T yesterday and was wondering about this. I like holding both ends, but I don't know why - I can go heavier with this one. Which position is more effective, in your opinion?
