TRICEP JIGGLE

HI, I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT WITH HEAVY WEIGHTS FOR ABOUT 1 1/2 YEARS. IN THAT TIME I HAVE GAINED A TON OF MUSCLE AND HAVE VERY LOW BODY FAT. BUT UNLESS MY ARMS ARE FLEXED I STILL HAVE THAT UGLY HANGING TRICEP FLAB. DOES IT EVER GO AWAY?????

I don't know if I have an answer for you, but I'll let you know the results of an experiment I just started doing: 100 pushups a day.I never saw any results from tricep extensions in the past, so this is my last ditch effort to tone my arms!

I can't do the pushups all at once of course, usually 20 at a time throughout the day. They really work everything in the upper body, even your stomach and back, which is an added bonus because I HATE crunches. But I do feel it in my triceps, so I am trying to do the same thing as you...get rid of that jiggle! It's only been a little over a week....I'm hoping to see some improvement in 2 months. I'll post the results when I'm done, one way or the other!

I still have that jiggle, but I know that my diet has A LOT to do with it. When I eat like crap, it's back, but when I really focus, it gets better. Sounds like you eat o.k., so maybe that's not very helpful.

Your tricep muscle is going to move when you jiggle your arm. I'm not thin, more on the muscular side (especially my arms) and my triceps will move if I jiggle my arms a certain way, but its more of a meaty jiggle if that makes sense :p.

What's worked best for me after years of trying everything is pushups using the Perfect Pushups handles. I don't do that many either - just 100 twice a week. The results are unbelievable, no kidding!

THANKS EVERYONE, I GUESS PUSHUPS ARE THE WAY TO GO. I HAVE THOSE PUSH UP HANDLES, I GUESS I ACTUALLY NEED TO USE THEM.
