Yes!! Earplugs are a huge help! I always come out of the water and feel like I am stumbling around with vertigo if I don't wear them Hey, gals! This is sooooo much fun chatting with you about Triathlon!! And, it is also exciting to see how many of us use the Cathe workouts to strengthen us for other types of activities. I was teaching full time last year (as well as being Mommy to my three little boys 7, 6 and 4) so I had to workout at 4:30am every morning. I did Cathe workouts during the week and then ran/rode on weekends. I just love her workouts!! Anyway, this year is a little calmer for me so I can actually swim, ride, run during the week. But, I work out to Cathe at least 4x per week on top of that to do my strength and interval training
