Hi Cathe and Friends:
I am traveling to France for 10 days. The problem is I won't be able to use my tapes (I will miss these the most!!!) Any suggestions on how I can keep fit while traveling abroad. My husband said we will be walking at least 15 miles a day site-seeing. I want to keep my strength in tact though. I did purchase workout bands (3 bands of different strengths). Any suggestions on how often I should use this and should I do sit ups to keep my upper body toned (daily)?
Don't want to lose what I have gained...Please help.
