Travel rotations needed!!

I travel 5 days a week, every week for my job. The gym at the hotel stinks so I'll need to bring DVDs and some equipment along.

Please post your travel friendly/hotel friendly rotations for Cathe's DVD's!! My goals are weight loss, muscle definition.

I ordered the travel aqua weights several years ago from skymall.com. I used to travel a lot and they worked great. You can fill them up to be 8 pounds or 16 pounds. Not a lot of variety, but they worked great. I still have them and take them on vacation....I was always paranoid they would leak, so I kept them in the bathroom floor of the hotel just in case. They haven't leaked yet! You could use them with any weight dvd.

If you have enough space in your hotel room, kick max and Kick, Punch, and Crunch are good travelling workouts.

I think that the TRX system ought to work for the Pyramids, at least the upper body part - I'm planning to check that out on my own behalf! If it works, you could do a full body workout on weekends, TRX/Pyramids during the week, then perhaps CardioCoach or 4DS kickbox/Kick Max midweek, and a Cathe step on the weekend.

Much of DrillMax (cardio premix) will work in a hotel room, as long as you don't mind using your suitcase to substitute for weights and doing the dynamic lunges around the bed :) I often travel with a backpack, and iyou put paperbacks or whatever in it and then hold a dufflebag. It's a little awkward, and you need a lot of reps to make up for the relatively light weight, but the DrillMax cardio sequence has you doing enough of those dynamic lunges in a row that it is a challenge. That would give you a lower body strength training session.

Of course, it's nice if the hotel weight room has at least a few dumbbells, but so few of them do ...

Kali- If you are open to non-DVD type workouts this might also help. It may at least give you some good ideas until Shock Cardio Travel comes out.
