Hey everyone, just to let you know...I have NOT received an E-mail saying my DVD's are on their way but I went ahead and went to "tracking" and put my info in. Sure enough, they are on their way! They were sent out last night. So, just in case, you might want to go to the Home page, click on tracking at the top of the page and then put your info in. YOURS might be on their way too! :7 Yipeeeee! Mine come tomorrow!

I hope I'm not understanding something. But, on my confirmation email from SNM, I selected the tracking link. When I put in my info. It says it was delivered in October!! Oh no! Could there be a mistake?
 
Did you order and receive ANOTHER package from SNM in October? It was probably the LAST order you received from them and your order for the BB series has not been sent yet. Just an idea as my last shipment is listed also that I already received. Good Luck, hope you hear something soon!

I have been lurking around this forum for awhile, ever since I found Cathe last year. Because I didn't know much about her, I never preordered the Intensity series. Wasn't going to make that mistake again...so, I too am anxiously awaiting my Body Blast DVD's. My question is, when was the first day of the presale? I ordered on Sunday, May 11th and haven't received any UPS tracking notification. Since I live in South Jersey, my shipments from SNM come in one day after I order them. I am so excited I have thought about driving up to Cathe's gym (about half hour away) to personally get them in my hands!!

Hi Amy - I too live within an hour and always get mine the next day. That's why it's KILLING me to wait! ;-) I ordered on May 12th and havn't recieved my notice either. My guess is that they'll ship 'em today, they're fast workers at SNM! My experience has been that the tracker notices (quantum view, something) from UPS are not always timely. For the IS I got my shipping notification the same day that I got my DVDs, it just took a while for the email to get to me.

Oh the suspense!

Me too DebbieH!! Thank you!! Can't wait until tomorrow!! I'm taking today off so I'll be all rested up for the new workouts!! Now I just have to figure out which one I will do first! :p
 
Amy - sorry I forgot to answer your actual question! I'm pretty sure the presale started May 1st - I looked up the presale thread.

Oh, maybe that tracking number was my high step. feeewww! I placed my order the very last day of the pre-sale - thank goodness. I was just starting to read the forums when everyone was talikg about the new series coming out. Maybe I'll receive mine be Christmas then (I hope).
 
Hi Amy!

Great to see you posting! As far as driving up to Cathe's, they might have already sent them. Maybe you could call their place to check? Have you ever taken a class with Cathe? I wish I lived only a 1/2 hour away! Hope to "see" you here more often.

Yes, it would have been your High Step. I'm sure you will have them waaaay before Christmas. SNM usually has all orders sent out within 2-3 days. Keep us posted!

My vote is for Legs & Glutes! It is awesome! All new approach from what Cathe usually does. Then, there is K,P&C or S,P&J. They are ALL GREAT! Have FUN!

Hi All! The first day of the pre-sale was May 9th. I pre-ordered on May 12th since I was out of town when they started taking orders. I don't have email confirmation yet either but expect I will have one later today. Oh the suspense......not much longer!

Debbie, you posted this and I checked and nohting was there and I was sad:(. But I got my email notification and I am happy:) Just the origin scan and I know it'll take time since it has far to travel but that's okay because the reason I live in the West is near 80 temps in November! LOL!

Debbie, you're right on! I still have no shipping notice, but the tracker says they are scheduled for delivery tomorrow! I always have them shipped to me at work since the UPS man can't get inside the courtyard of my building... I remember when the I-series came I popped one of them into my pc and previewed for a few minutes at work. Shame on me, but I could NOT wait to get home!

I was bad about checking all day. I shouldn't have been, because it seems I usually get my shipping notices in email late in the day. ANYWAY, I got my notice this evening. I live in Maryland, and I'm scheduled to get my package tomorrow! Thank you, Cathe, SNM and UPS!
 
Well for once I did it right! I ordered on the first day, and ordered 2nd day which I've never done before. I use to order ground and then sat here listening to everyone's reviews while I waited a week because I live on the west coast! HA! Mine shall be here tomorrow!!! YIPPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!!
 
Mine are scheduled to come tomorrow. If only I didn't have to work tomorrow night!! But, at least I will get to preview them, and decide which I will do for Friday. I will be officially stalking the UPS guy tomorrow...poor guy! Thanks for the welcome messages...I will try not to be such a lurker in the future

Everyone keeps saying there DVDs are scheduled to arrive right away. My email says next Tuesday! Dang it! What gives?
