Total Body Workout

I asked this question in the DVD forum as well but wanted to post it here.

I'm currently using 4DS and really enjoying it. I do it MT/RF. I am looking for a total body workout to do on saturday. Do you think it is unwise to add any other sort of resistance training with 4DS? Should I really only do a cardio workout. I just have more time on Saturdays so I was looking for something more intense. I know this workout is old but I understand it's amazing.

After I wrote this original post, I remembered that what I really wanted was body max 2. I'm assuming this one comes more highly recommended than the original simply because of the music/choreography...

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Not Cathe, but just to let you know that I often do the same thing. I do a 4DS with legs (think it's the kickbox) on Fri. I guess that I figure that leg work two days in a row isn't so bad as UB work in a row. Also usually the leg work in BM2 or other circuit training is pretty low key, so I just do it. Or, you could skip the leg portion and do cardio and UB
 
Another one here for Muscle Max or Muscle Endurance. I love both for different reasons but the main is reason is that the hit all the major muscles group very nicely when you want to hit them for that second weight workout during the week.
