Top 3 Cathe workouts

1. CTX - It has it all, IMHO!
2. Low Max
3. LIC

The only reason I didn't inclue PUB is because I have it memorized and don't need the DVD! :eek::D
 
1. Intensity Series (perfection in production, music, premixes, value for money) but if I have to choose ONE from this series...the Pyramids.
2. HiiT
3. Imax 3 (but the music is WAY too low)
 
Oooh, that IS tough. As someone else mentioned, they would probably change on a daily basis but today my top three are:

1) KPC (I think this one would always be on my top 3 list - I LOVE this workout)
2) Rhythmic Step
3) CCC - I feel so great after doing this workout.

those are my top 3 Cardio. :)

My top 3 Strength - I know, I know, this is cheating BUT...

1) STS (meso II is my favorite of all the mesocycles)
2) Pyramid Upper body
3) Butts & Guts
 
1) Meso 3 - you have to let me have at least one week of it, and all my equipment that goes along. It better be a big island :)
2) HIIT Cardio
3) 4DS or CTX, can't decide

And I'm taking my ipod filled with Cardio Coach, too :p
