!!!!! I think it's all those darn leg presses. I seem to get through the rest of it pretty well, but whenever I see them grab the single plate, I think, "Oh crap!"
I have to go heavier with the plate because I can't step up as high because of flexibility and balance issues I have. What gets me more are the never ending bicep curls, especially when Cathe does that sarcastic little laugh just as I'm about to drop the weights and makes me finish.
