You guys, I am not in the majority here, but I do not like cooked oatmeal, and eat mine raw every day. I also use the slow cooking stuff. I like it chewy. I either eat it soaked in 1/4 c. skim milk over night, and add 1 1/2 T. of ground flax seed, about a 1/2 c. of vanilla lite yogurt, and some blue berries. The other way I like it is with a banana, some 2 % cottage cheese, and the yogurt again. I am addicted to it, and eat the skim milk kind every morning, and alot of times, for lunch, have the banana kind!!!!
