Today on Cathe Live: Double Shot Total Body
Let’s dive into this challenging, moderately paced workout where we work in twos. We’ll have 4 rounds consisting of two lower body exercises and two upper body exercises. At the end of the 4th round, we’ll do our sit-up/push-up drill for 4 sets. Let’s get busy!
Equipment needed:
A variety of weighted dumbbells (we’ll be using 5-20 pounds)
