To The Max

I did To The Max this morning for the first time in a long time and it’s just a classic and one of my favorites. The music is some of the best and my favorite song is the one that’s in the 30/20 HIIT. It starts shortly after the 3rd grouping of exercises start and the Kelly Clarkson what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger sound alike is right after it.

I also forgot to mention that I finally saw a urogynecologist a few weeks ago and had a thorough examination and she found nothing wrong. She did agree that my ongoing problems might’ve been from a lingering UTI that finally seemed to resolve when urgent care gave me stronger antibiotics.
