Good morning Cathe,

Will Plyomax be harder than IMAX 3 in terms of intensity with shorter breaks like IMAX 3?. Wishing you all the best when filming the workouts...:7

Oh come on girls, you are strong and fearless...Don't be scared of a little Plyomax workout (lol)...

I agree, don't be afraid...EMBRACE THE CHALLENGE...;-)

Plyos do get the heart rate up and are great exercises for the lower body. P90 Masters have a Plyo DVD out and it is getting good reviews...FYI...if I just had the knees, I would try it out!!!..:9

I didn't read your "correction" until this morning, so I thought that I had missed something and that there was going to be a PlyoMax! I was doing Imax3 this morning and while I was doing the plie jacks, I was thinking...."oh no! Just think what PlyoMax will be like!". Thank goodness when I got to work and checked this site.....I found out you meant "Drill Max!" Now I can quit worrying ;) Well....I am sure that Drill Max will be tough, tough, tough....but maybe not as tough as a PlyoMax!

OMG I love the idea of a Plyomax! Cathe is the only one who could do it too--I don't know of any other instructor who could take us to the next level........;-)

You can find a Plyo workout in the P90X system of Tony Horton. It is awesome but I would like to do a Cathe's Plyo workout.
