<---says that DH left this morning for a business trip in VA

<---adds that his work is threatening to send him on a trip to Indianapolis next week too and DH is NOT happy about it
<---says the poor guy is totally wiped out from flying cross country for vacation, then going to a work event on Monday that didn't end until 11! and now this trip and a proposed trip next week
<---is also concerned it will make her trip to NJ more difficult next week
<---is now considering driving up Friday morning herself and leaving right after lunch
<---wonders if the 8 hour round trip will kill her or make her stronger?
<---thinks it will obviously be worth it to see Em, Robin, Allison, and everyone else, just hopes she's up to it

<---tells Shelley that she heard the "I Kissed a Girl" song on the radio yesterday
<---says she usually listens to harder stations, so hadn't heard it yet
<---totally agrees with Shelley that is just plain out SUCKS (the cherry chapstick part makes <--- want to wretch)
<---doesn't hold anything against anyone who likes it of course, but thought it was so bad that she had to cleanse her ears with some 3 Days Grace ;)
<---was ROFL at the suggestion that a guy should come up with a "I Kissed a Dude" version!
<---tells Catherine that her "cousin-n'-law" out in WA installed a hanging chin-up bar in his garage
<---says it adds a whole new level of difficulty to the chin-ups because you have to balance yourself in order to not swing like a gymnast

<---also wonders if the forum has somehow been switched and we are the select few who have somehow been trapped in an "old forum" time warp?

<--am sad to be missing so many date-nights but will probably actually work out...and watch some romantic comedies...and eat tuna melts...and lounge around in sweatpants...so, not a total loss

<--there's lots of safe and sane things a person can do to save gas
